Registered!

Well, it took the help of a friend (Kristy!), an experienced mother, to help us but we finally did it! We are all registered for shower gifts at Target. com and Babiesrus.com. You can go to the store or online and look up our names and find out what we are looking for. Thank you in advance because we need all the help we can get!

Beachside wedding in La Jolla for Uncle Patrick and Aunt MK!

We cannot even begin to describe how beautiful and classy this event was. It could not have turned out more perfect! It will be fun to talk about the wedding years from now and tell the twins that they were technically there...in mommy's belly.

I made the mistake of wearing heels to the wedding. Not only were they uncomfortable, but I kept sinking into the ground and getting stuck, then losing my balance, which I have a lack of anyway. Mike held me up most of the time.

Disneyland

We are back from our trip to California for Patrick and MK's wedding. The first stop was Anaheim where we spent two days (long days) at Disneyland with Emily and Megan, our nieces. It was a lot of fun, although very tiring. I walked the first day, but resided in a wheel chair the second. My back hurt, my feet hurt, parts of my body I didn't realize I had hurt...

The babies liked Disney. Well, they liked the music a lot. When we watched the big parade down Main Street I could feel them moving a ton!

Survey Says........ 2 Girls

To all of you convinced it was two girls - congratulations. To all of you convinced the twins would be humans - congratulations. Everyone else, sorry about your luck. Nothing we can do it about it at this point! Below are pictures from our ultrasound that nearly never happened due to some Dr. scheduling issues. The girls (now affectionately known as A & B) actually look like babies and not aliens at this point which is a relief. All are healthy and of perfect size (9oz right now!). This is a mix of 4D and 2D pictures and we tried to post the most clear ones. More to come in a few weeks when we get the full 4D package done.

4th of July Weekend = Family Fun Time

The fourth of July weekend was a typical weekend for the Germany\Brunner Fam! Everyone gathered together, lots of food and some mean card playing. This year we had Valerie's new addition at the house and he was definitely the highlight of our day. Landen was the center of everyone's attention including the fur-babies, Kirra and Josie. Valerie's boyfriend David also experienced his initiation into the family. I don't think we were too hard on him. I mean, he's already had to deal with Uncle Dumbunny. How bad can the rest of us be?
